1. CNC multi-axis machining technology for complex components
Competitors are required to complete the actual operation within the specified time. The competition covers core skills such as "mechanical innovation design", "CNC multi-axis machine tool programming", "High-precision composite processing", "parts assembly", and pays attention to the comprehensive application of integrated technology.
The competition focuses on the comprehensive professional abilities of the competitors based on the quality, efficiency, cost, safety and environmental awareness of the work process, teamwork, planning and organization, and professional quality, etc., and carries out all-round tests from professional and methodological levels.

2. Automatic production line installation and debugging
"Automatic Production line installation and Debugging" competition is a team competition, including mechanical installation and adjustment of automatic production line equipment work unit, installation, connection and adjustment of pneumatic circuit, design, installation and wiring of electrical control circuit, sensor installation and adjustment, PLC programming, human-machine interface configuration, Motor drive (including frequency converter and corresponding motor, servo driver and servo motor) parameter setting, as well as partial technical transformation, systematic adjustment, operation, green manufacturing, etc.
The competition focuses on the assessment of the engineering practical ability, technical skill level, energy conservation and environmental awareness and comprehensive professional quality of the automatic line system installation, wiring, programming, debugging, operation, maintenance, system optimization and other engineering skills.

3. Parts mapping and CAD drawing technology
Given a certain kind of assembly device, and given part part drawing and simple assembly drawing, there are errors in the partial dimension marking and technical requirements of a part processing drawing. Some of the parts are required to map and generate processing drawings, through mapping and analysis to correct the drawings with errors, and all parts for 3D modeling, assembly.
