The operation skill examination requires the contestant to use the four-axis machining center to process metal parts according to the drawings and technical requirements within the specified time, and carry out the on-site assembly of parts and the connection of electrical components.The skills of the contestants are mainly examined, such as image recognition ability, CNC machining technology, programming, reasonable use of machining tools, workpiece clamping, reasonable selection of machining parameters, detection, assembly, safety protection and so on.
